Bridgeport 12-Year-Old All-Stars Wrap Up Season at Southeast Region Tournament in Georgia

The state champion Bridgeport Little League 12-Year-Old All-Stars saw their successful postseason come to an end in the Southeast Region Tournament at Warner Robins, Ga.
Bridgeport lost its opening game to Georgia, 12-0, and then fell against North Carolina, 6-5.
In the Georgia game, Brooke Vass hit a double.
Vass had a pair of hits against North Carolina, while Cooper Straley had one hit and drove in two runs.
Also against North Carolina, Dominic Fazalare hit an RBI double, as did Talan Thomas, who also scored a run.
Brooks King had a hit and scored a run and Ethan Kelley, Logan Shriver and Cole Courtney all scored a run.
Other members of the team that helped lead Bridgeport to the state championship and spot in the Southeast Region are Easton Demarco, Aidan Dunn and Dominic Piot.
