Marion County Grand Jury Indicts Pair from Bridgeport

The second day of the June session of the Marion County Grand Jury saw two Bridgeport residents indicted.
 
The information from day two of the grand jury was provided by the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. Listed as being indicted was Bridgeport’s Timothy Allen Jones and Rebecca Sayre-Callison.
 
Jones, 20, was indicted on multiple charges. His indictments included robbery in the first degree, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, grand larceny, entry of a building other than a dwelling; and conspiracy to commit a felony.
 
Sayre-Callisonm 30, also was indicted on more than one charge. Her indictments include child neglect creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury, driving under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or drugs with child endangerment.
 
An indictment is merely an allegation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
