Facilitated by the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce a double ribbon cutting was held Wed., May 31 for Blush Academy and Platinum Salon, located at Gabe's Plaza in Bridgeport. 

 

Owner Cory Groves said the overdue ribbon cutting marked a full team and renovations. 

 

Bridgeport City Councilman Jon Griffith provided congratulatory remarks to the pair of businesses located at 114 Thompson Drive, Bridgeport. 

 

Blush Academy is a new technical program offering progressive cosmetology, hairstylist, and esthetic programs. Programs give students a chance to learn new techniques and use the world's most popular brands. After finishing the program, they leave as advanced first year stylists or estheticians with a special focus in the area of choice.
