GALLERY: BHS Band Marches in America's Parade in NYC

On Tuesday, Veterans Day 2014, the Bridgeport High School Band was among units featured in America's Parade in New York City. The procession is the nation's biggest Veterans Day event and was viewed by an estimated half million people.
In addition to those packing the streets of the Big Apple, thousands watched via TV broadcast and live Internet stream. Below is a gallery featuring some submitted photos of the band in action.
"It was just so humbling to watch all of the Veterans being honored at the parade and knowing our kids were a part of that," said Justina Ogden, chaperone.
