The second installment of Bridgeport Parks and Recreation's new "Let's Paint the Town" group paint class will feature "Halloween Cats." Instructor Brenda Smith has announced that she will be teaching individual, "Mommy and Me" and "Kids Paint" classes featuring this design from 6-9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17.
