The Clarksburg Amphitheater Announces Dustin Lynch as the First Concert of 2015

The City Parks of Clarksburg has announced that chart-topping country music star Dustin Lynch is set to perform at the Clarksburg Amphitheater on Saturday, May 30th, 2015. Lynch, who has been heralded as the heir to George Strait’s throne, is known for his chart topping hits “Cowboys and Angels,” “Where It’s At,” and “She Cranks My Tractor.”
 
John Cooper, Superintendent of Parks, said, “This concert marks the first major concert of the season for the amphitheater, and we couldn’t be more excited. This must-see event is the perfect way to kick off the summer season!”  
 
Tickets go on sale at 10am on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 and are expected to sell quickly. There is no pre-sale scheduled for this event. Kicking off the concert will be Red Bow Records recording artist David Fanning who has recently released “Doin’ Country Right”.
 
Advance tickets will be available by visiting www.ClarksburgAMP.com or by calling 1.888.71.TICKETS. Advance tickets will be just $22 for general admission, $27 for reserved seating and $32 for premium seating, which will include the first 6 rows from the stage. Day-of-Show tickets will increase $5 for each section and will be available at the venue unless they sell out prior to the event.
 
City Parks of Clarksburg Officials have also just announced the complete 2015 “Movies in the Park” summer line up on www.ClarksburgAMP.com.
 
“If you haven’t experienced a movie at The AMP, you’re really missing out on a great experience. Last year we saw crowds as large as 1000 people for some of these movies. As always, they’re free to attend.” Cooper added.

The Clarksburg Amphitheater is owned and operated by the City of Clarksburg Board of Park Commissioners and is located within Veteran’s Memorial Park.  The 1,900 seat venue opened to the public in 2009 and has hosted such acts as Florida Georgia Line, Phillip Phillips, Jake Owen, Aaron Lewis, Frankie Ballard, Kansas and Landau Eugene Murphy, Jr.
