How long have you lived in Bridgeport? Since May 2014
Where are you originally from? Johannesburg, South Africa
Are you married? Yes, to Craig Taylor
Children? I have two sons, Bradley who is 14, a freshman at Bridgeport High and Mathew who is 12, an sixth grader at Bridgeport Middle.
What is your favorite color? I love lilac and pink shades
Where do you work? I am the Marketing Director at Enliven Wellness situated at White Oaks, Bridgeport. I enjoy promoting and marketing its advanced techniques in chiropractic, acupuncture, alternative medicine, functional neurology brain care and weight loss.
Favorite Bridgeport spot? Bridgeport is a beautiful town with beautiful lakes and it is not easy to narrow down to one favorite spot.
Favorite place outside of WV? Kruger National Park in South Africa - the Big 5 Safari destination. I loved the early morning and evening rides searching for wild animals with high hopes of spotting the Big 5 more than once per day!
Favorite WV spot outside of Bridgeport? I would say Cooper’s Rock as I enjoy the trails, views and the beauty of the forest.
Favorite restaurant? Mia Margarita. This was ourfirst restaurant we dined in Bridgeport.
Best Childhood Memory? Visiting my grandparents during the vacations as they lived on a farm.
Favorite musical group? I love and appreciate all kinds of music.
Pets? We have 1 cat, Cartman, adopted from the Humane Society. He is the boss in our house!
Hobbies? I enjoy gardening and cooking and organizing of events. I enjoy researching and expanding my knowledge. And most importantly keeping up with my boys and their sport activities and having family days.
Interesting fact about you? I have lived in three countries – Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) where I lived until I was 10, South Africa where I lived up until 4 years ago, and now of course the USA.
