The Bridgeport Rotary Club had its February lunch meeting at Best Western on Tuesday, February 2.

The meeting had two highlights. One was three new members joining the Bridgeport Rotary Club; Caroline Marion, marketing coordinator for The Thrasher Group and she was sponsored by Tim Stout of Clear Mountain Bank; Greg Hefner, manager of external affairs for Mon Power and Potomac Edison and he was sponsored by Bradley Ford of Ford Funeral Home; and Craig Ray of Business First (IT specialist) and he was sponsored by Pastor Robin Ray.

The second highlight was having the House of Delegates from Harrison County answer questions about their upcoming session in Charleston.  This program was organized by member Ben Queen.  Those Delegates attending were Laura Kimble, Ben Queen and Clay Riley.

The next meeting for the Bridgeport Rotary Club will be Tuesday, March 16, 2021 and members Caroline Marion and Sarah Bohan will provide the program of the Humane Society of Harrison County.  The Rotary Club will be rescuing a dog and presenting that dog to a Harrison County family at the meeting.
