Current members of the Associated Businesses of Bridgeport and those considering membership are invited to a State of the City meeting Thursday, Nov. 2 at Via Veneto. Hosted by the ABB board of directors, the event will feature guest speakers Bridgeport Mayor Andy Lang and Bridgeport City Engineer Beth Fox, bringing business owners up to date on various city happenings. Membership applications and Light Up Night registration forms will be available at the meeting, which starts at 6 p.m. Hors d’oeuvres will be provided and a cash bar will be open.
