Absentee Voting Applications Now Available from City Clerk

Applications for absentee voting by mail are now available from Bridgeport City Clerk, Andrea Kerr. Ballots for absentee voting will be mailed out starting on April 28, 2017 (or as soon as they are received).
 
Voters can request an absentee ballot if they are not able to vote on June 13 or participate in early voting. In order to receive an absentee ballot, registered voters must first fill out an application and return it to the City Clerk’s office. A ballot cannot be mailed out without an application.
 
Applications to vote absentee by mail will be accepted through June 7. The City Clerk’s office is located at 515 West Main Street, Bridgeport, WV 26330.
 
The candidates for Mayor include Andy Lang and Diana Cole Marra. The candidates for City Council include Dustin Vincent, Robert L. “Bob” Greer,  John S. Wilson, Sr., and Kerry A. Hess.
