Associated Businesses of Bridgeport Holds Fall Meeting Featuring Keynote Speaker Jim Matuga

Member businesses of the Associated Businesses of Bridgeport met Thursday evening at Bridgeport Conference Center. The annual fall 
meeting featured keynote speaker, Jim Matuga, president and founder of Inner Action Media. Matuga's positive message about business operations during the COVID pandemic was well received. The meeting was conducted by ABB President Doug Marquette of Marquette Insurance Agency. The business spotlight was on NFM Lending, which recently opened its doors on East Main Street. Representing NFM was co-owner Mark Harrison, who provided an overview of the business venture which is also co-owned by Patrick Oliverio. ABB Secretary Lisa Lang provided an overview of Light Up Night preparations which, though won't be cancelled for 2020, will operate in a different format. Embracing the current situation and finding a rhythm to operate within needed restrictions was among Matuga's main points during his keynote address. Rominger Dental and the Greater Bridgeport Convention & Visitors Bureau co-hosted the evening so there would be no expense to member businesses.
