Attorney General Patrick Morrisey's Office Announces August Mobile Office Hours in North-Central West Virginia

Attorney General Patrick Morrisey today announced that a representative from the Attorney General’s Office will conduct mobile office hours during August throughout north-central West Virginia. The representative will answer questions about scams and will be available to help consumers fill out a consumer complaint with the Office if they need to.
Pam Krushanksy, a consumer outreach and compliance specialist with the Office, will host the mobile office hours, which are scheduled below:
- 10-11 a.m. Aug. 4 at the Taylor County Senior Center, Rt. 119 and 250, Grafton;
- 10-11 a.m. Aug. 5 at the Preston County Commission Annex, 106 W. Main St., Kingwood;
- 10-11 a.m. Aug. 6 at the Tucker County Senior Center, 206 Third St., Parsons;
- 10-11 a.m. Aug. 10 at Keyser City Hall, 111 Davis St., Keyser;
- 11 a.m.-noon Aug. 11 at the Marion County Senior Center, 105 Maplewood Drive, Fairmont;
- 1-2 p.m. Aug. 11 at the Marion County Library, 321 Monroe St., Fairmont;
- 10-11 a.m. Aug. 25. at the Upshur County Senior Center, 28 N. Kanawha St., Buckhannon;
- 10-11 a.m. Aug. 26 at the Lewis County Senior Center, 171 W. Second St., Weston; and
- 11 a.m.-noon Aug. 28 at the Randolph County Senior Center, 5th and Railroad Avenue.
“Our office conducts mobile office hours every month to meet with consumers across the state and educate them on the latest scams,” Attorney General Morrisey said. “Scammers are always developing new tricks and tactics to steal money from hardworking West Virginians. It is our hope that local consumers will attend one of the mobile office hours in their community to learn more about how they can protect their personal, identifiable information.”
The mobile office hours are open to the public; reservations are not required.
