Bridgeport's Martin Family Hoping Community Takes Part in $1000 Drawing to Benefit Challenger League

By Connect-Bridgeport Staff on December 20, 2018 via Connect-Bridgeport.com

Bridgeport’s Mike Martin and his wife Kim have headed up the Challenger League of Little League Baseball for years in Bridgeport. And during that time, they’ve provided children and young adults with needs a wonderful experience.

Now, Martin is hoping the community can help give back in the simplest of ways. Challenger League is having a raffle for $1000 worth of cash and prizes and he’s hoping individuals will purchase tickets.

The prize consists of $650 worth of restaurant gift cards and $350 in cash. The restaurants include Wonder Bar Steakhouse ($100), Chick-fil-A ($65), Muriale’s ($60), Panera Bread ($56), F.O.P. ($40), Pizza Hut ($40), Greenbrier ($40), The Caboose ($25), Almost Heaven Desserts ($25), Gourmet Café ($25), Grand China Buffet ($25), Buffalo Wild Wings ($25), Mia Margherita ($25), Tomaro’s Bakery ($20), Bonnie Belle’s ($20), Shogun ($20), Bob Evans ($15) and Starbucks ($14).

The drawing will be held Jan. 26 during the Spaghetti Dinner at All Saints Parish. All proceeds will benefit the Challenger League.

You can acquire tickets for $10 each for your chance at Bridgeport Physical Therapy. The tickets and the dinner are sponsored by the All Saints Knights of Columbus.
