Clean Juice to Open Dec. 4 on Conference Center Way

UPDATE: The opening of Clean Juice has been pushed back until Sat., Dec. 4

ORIGINAL POST: It was early July when Dr. Randall and Cheryl Turner announced they would open West Virginia’s first Clean Juice location in Bridgeport. As was planned, the business – featuring organic cold-pressed juices and a whole menu of clean food items – will open at Charles Pointe’s Conference Center Way on Nov. 17. As was also planned, the Turners are bringing their Integrative Wellness business to the same shopping plaza.

Longtime health and wellness advocates, the Turners believe food is medicine.

“As a doctor, I’ve noticed that a large number of issues can be prevented based off changing bad habits and most importantly, having healthy diet,” said Randall Turner, who has 35 years of emergency medicine experience. “My wife and I want to help people realize how eating healthier can improve your overall quality of life and Clean Juice will provide the community with the organic food people need to get started.”

The Clean Juice corporation approved Bridgeport because they believed the city would support a healthy lifestyle and would be a good addition to the nearly 100 stores nationwide. Clean Juice is the original USDA-certified organic juice bar franchise and sources only the highest-quality, premium ingredients for juices, smoothies, acai bowls, salads, toasts, wraps and other food items. The franchise has 10 heavily-dense nutrient cold-pressed juices made daily non-pasteurized and without heat so that no enzymes are damaged.

The seasonal menu ensures that organic products are at their premium. The November Apple Menu features The Apple Pie Toast – sprouted grain bread, almond butter, apple, cacao nibs, cinnamon and honey - and The Apple Crisp Bowl which includes acai, apple, banana, cinnamon, date paste, and almond butter topped with granola, apple and cinnamon.

Not only is the Bridgeport location the first Clean Juice in West Virginia, it is one of just a few with a drive-thru, offering even more convenience.

Both Clean Juice and Integrative Wellness will be located at the former Bridgeport Family Pharmacy store in the same plaza as Mia Margherita, Lorraine Thomas, LLC, Cardinal Pediatrics and Firehouse Subs. Clean Juice will be open 7 a.m. through 8 p.m. seven days per week.
