Elimination Dinner Fundraiser for Bridgeport Baseball Set for March 23 at Via Veneto

Bridgeport High School Baseball's annual elimination dinner is set for Saturday, March 23, at Via Veneto featuring a $1,000 grand prize. Tickets - $50 per couple or $35 single - can be purchased through Coach Robert Shields 304-677-6313.
The $1,000 grand prize will be awarded to the holder of the final ticket drawn, but there are other chances to win cash. The first ticket drawn earns $100, the 50th ticket $50, the 100th ticket $100 and the 150th ticket $50.
All baseball fans, parents, BHS supporters and community members are encouraged to attend and support the Tribe.
The event is a significant fundraiser for the team, raising more than $4,000 annually, Shields said.
“It has become a very popular event," he said. "We hope to see a lot of the same faces and a lot of new faces there this year.".
Social hour begins at 6 p.m. with dinner served at 6:30 p.m.
