The National Weather Service out of Charleston has issued a hazardous weather outlook for much of West Virginia, including North Central West Virginia counties. Thursday, July 21 through Tuesday, July 26 will bring above normal temperatures. High humidity Friday through the weekend may combine to create heat indices in the lower 100s.
