On Thursday night, the 21st Annual Benedum Fellow dinner was held to award some amazing members of the Bridgeport Community. George Daugherty & Joe Deegan treated the crowd to "A Trip Back In Time" where they portrayed the lives of Michael Benedum and Mayor Deegan. Afterwards it was on to the Awards where Sara Carr Parsons, & Laura Stevens Aliff were honored for their above average contributions to the city of Bridgeport was recognized and appreciated. Also mentioned was Eva MacFarland who shall receive the 2015 Youth Service Award, but was unable to attend this evenings event. This event is always a great way to kick off the Benedum Festival weekend, hope to see everyone out at the festivities!
