Photos: Local Youngsters Kick off Halloween Week at City's Public Library

On Wednesday evening several children put on their best costumes and headed over to the Bridgeport City Library for some partying. Children were treated to cookies, candy, and beverages. They played several games, had a few contests, and even went for a parade walk around the building.
