Photos: WVU Alum Frank Fumich's Fundraising "Race Across America" Ends, but Financial Impact Made

Frank Fumich, who is connected through relatives in Clarksburg, ended his journey of attempting to cross the country as part of the Race Across America. Fumich entered the event to help raise funds for former West Virginia University student Ryan Diviney.
This afternoon, Fumich ended his race in Clarksburg. He has raised more than $80,000 for Diviney who needs constant medical care after an incident several years ago. Ken Diviney was on hand to greet Fumich today.

Fumich left California in mid-June and has been riding around 250 miles or 16 hours a day while competing in the race.
