WVU President Wants You to Be the The Best You in His Latest Gee Mail

A new year brings hope and rejuvenation. But, oftentimes, personal inspiration veers off track. West Virginia University President E. Gordon Gee wants to prevent that from happening to you in 2017.
In his first Gee Mail of the new year, the robust commander of calisthenics takes us to the Student Rec Center to ring in the spring semester and see how those New Year's resolutions are shaping up.
“Keeping fit, both mentally and physically, is a key ingredient to a well-rounded and balanced life,” said Gee, who exercises every morning.
“So, as we begin 2017, I wish each of you a year filled with personal growth, good health and much love and laughter. We can never have too much of that.”
