Harrison County BOE Gives Thumbs Down to WVSSAC Practice Proposal

The Harrison County Board of Education has publicly announced that it is against the WVSSAC's proposal to extend the current sports summer practice period from three weeks to the entire summer with the exception of a dead period the week of July 4.
