Harrison County Schools Asking for Your Input to Technology Survey

The West Virginia Department of Education is partnering with BrightBytes, an educational research and analytics organization to better understand the connection between technology use and student achievement. 
 
As part of the process, Harrison County Schools is providing BrightBytes with a complete picture of technology use at school and at home. Via anonymous survey, Harrison County  students, teachers, administration and parents are asked to participate in the project by providing input.
 
Participation is very important, said Todd Poole, technology coordinator for Harrison County Schools. 
 
"We believe this survey will give us a better understanding of how we are meeting the technological needs of our students, not only at school, but also at home," he said. 
 
The window for collecting data begins today, March 16, 2015 and ends on March 30, 2015. Principals are distributing the student and staff versions of the survey today.
