Superintendent Manchin's Recent Memo on School Make-Up Procedure

Addressing make-up procedure for Harrison County Schools, this memo was released Tues., Jan. 6 by Superintendent of Harrison County Schools Dr. Mark A. Manchin.
Because of subsequent snow days on Wed., Jan. 7 and Thurs., Jan. 8, both March 20 and April 8 will be converted to instructional days.
