Bridgeport Farmers Market/Country Roads Cook-Off Canceled for Sunday

Because of the threat of severe weather, Bridgeport Farmers Market – for the very first time – will be canceled for Sunday.
“We can take rain, but the forecast says there could be damaging winds and we can’t take that chance,” said Bridgeport Farmers Market President Debbie Workman.
The annual Country Roads Cook-Off was scheduled to be part of Sunday's activities on the Market grounds at Charles Pointe. That event will be rescheduled for a later date, Workman said.
