The business may not have survided, the sign has. This sign from "The Green Parrott" recently showed up at a Bridgeport High School class reunion. It provided fond memories of a place that was special to many from the city and beyond.

This is Small Town USA. Actually, it's a church service from decades ago in Gary, West Virginia. Gary is located in McDowell County.
