This building will soon no longer serve the purpose it was built for in this construction photo believed to be from the 1960s as the Benedum Airport terminal was just about complete. A new terminal could be in operation on the opposite side of the runway in 2024.

At one time Monongah in Marion County had its own high school. This photo, which has an unknown date, shows the high school's band marcing in a parade in downtown Morgantown.
