Look familiar? If it doesn't, it's because today this area of Johnson Avenue is completely built up. The vacant lot today is home to Sheetz.
This is a photo of the 1977 Salem College basketball team back when it was still a NAIA school and a member of the now defunct West Virginia Conference. The happy face wearing number 24 (third from left) is current West Virginia University women's coach Mike Carey.
