Time Travel: Local Girls Scouts in Christmas Parade in 1990s and a Shinnston Business Many Decades Ago

Anyone recognize any members of this Bridgeport Girl Scout troop that is taking part in the City of Bridgeport's Christmas Parade believed to be back in 1996? If so, add them to the comments section below.
Although not exactly sure of the time, this picture is from Shinnston (despite the word Salem on the sign) and shows a business that was located at the corner of Pike and Bridge Street. It is a dry goods business. If anyone has any information this particular photo, including the name of the business, please comment below.
