Who remembers Ponderosa Restaurant? This was located along Johnson Avenue just below the Meadowbrook Mall in the area where Mahindra and Burger King are currently situated. 

This photo shows a section of Milford Street with Stealey Park to the right. The photo was taken in 1964 and, besides from the old sidewalk being replaced and additions to the Park, much of the scene looks the same today. The photo is courtesy of Dr. Bob Wilson.
