Two of the Bridgeport Police Department's top ambassadors are shown in one photo. Sitting is the late Mike Salvio who worked for years at the department and often was the individual dealing with the public. Mike was beloved at the department and by the community. Shown with him is the now retired Lt. Roy Collins who was also a highly respected member of the force who gave many years of service to the Bridgeport communnity.

This photo is courtesy of the West Virginia & Regional History Center and is the entrance to the upper part of the stadium at old Mountaineer Field. Judging by the cars it's likely 1970s or earlier. Many individuals have fond memories of the once bustling site.
