The man sitting is the late Bridgeport Mayor Jack Hodge, who passed away in 2018. If anyone knows what's taking place here in a photo believed to be from the late 1980s or who the two men pictured in the background please add that information in the comment section below.

Although the date is not known of this photo, it's safe to say it's from many decades ago showing a bustling downtown Shinnston, as the photo indicates, in a view from South on Pike Street.
