The Friends of the Clarksburg Harrison Public Library proudly present the authors of the book “Pretty Little Killers”, the Truth behind the Savage Murder of Skylar Neese., on March 7th, 2015 at the Clarksburg Harrison Public Library at 1:00 pm. Authors Daleen Berry and Geoffrey C Fuller will discuss their book, the research and investigative work, and writing of  Pretty Little Killers and The Savage Murder of Skylar Neese. In addition, Berry will discuss her book “Sister of Silence”.

 

Berry is an enterprising writer whose national journalism career has seen her write about important topics such as filicide-suicide, domestic violence murders, sexual crimes, and mental illness as a contributor to the Daily Beast, the Huffington Post, and xoJane. Fuller has been a freelance writer-editor for 20 years, working with both fiction and nonfiction. He has edited literary and trade journals, as well as more than 75 books.

 

“Pretty Little Killers” has been listed in People magazine and the e-book version has been listed on the New York Times best seller list. The reviews on the book have included comments such as “Wow”, “A Must Read for Every Parent”; “Hard to Stop Reading” and “God Bless the Neese Family”.

 

This event, sponsored by Friends of the Clarksburg Harrison Public Library, is one of their quarterly author series developed to showcase West Virginia authors. The discussion takes place on the second floor of the library and is free and open to the public.
