STATEMENT FROM HARRISON COUNTY SCHOOLS ON EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

 

Due to the limited predictability of the end of the work stoppage, Dr. Manchin will make an announcement at 10 a.m. Monday, February 26 concerning extracurricular activities and use of Harrison County Schools facilities. Until this announcement on Monday, activities scheduled in our facilities after noon on Sunday will go on in limited capacity and in consideration of extensive resources, time commitment, and availability to reschedule. Dr. Manchin remains in continuous contact with officials of the WVSSAC as well as state and local union leaders during this time as we continue to support our employees and make the decisions in the best interest of our employees and students.
