Area Law Enforcement Asking for Public Help to Find Man Wanted for Failure to Appear

According to this "Monday's Most Wanted" report from WDTV, the Monongalia County Sheriff's Department is looking for Joseph Brannon, 45.
He is bald with hazel eyes, 5'7", and weighs around 155. He's accused of failure to appear.
