Area Law Enforcement Asking for Public Help to Find Man Wanted on Kidnapping, Multiple DUI Charges

According to this "Monday's Most Wanted" report from WDTV, in Preston County the Sheriff’s Office needs your help finding 31-year-old Mark Hart.
Hart is wanted for kidnapping and driving with a revoked license for a third or subsequent DUI offense.
He is 6’2, 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
