Area Law Enforcement Asking for Public Help to Find Man for Alleged Fraudulent Use of an Access Device

According to this "Monday's Most Wanted Report" from WDTV, the Monongalia County Sheriff's Department is looking for Donnie Riggleman Jr., 34.
He's 6'2" and weighs around 190 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He's accused of fraudulent use of an access device.
