Area Sex Offender on the Run Arrested Wednesday

According to WDTV, State Police say Edward Philipps was arrested in Morgantown, late Wednesday.
Philipps was a wanted sex offender from Barbour County. He was wanted for failure to register or provide notice of registration changes. The man, who is from Belington, was believed to be staying in the Morgantown area, which is where police located him.
