The Bridgeport/Clarksburg area is included in a hazardous weather outlook, including potential for damaging winds and flash flooding.

 

According to the National Weather Service out of Charleston, showers and thunderstorms are likely today, mainly before 5 p.m. Some storms could produce gusty winds, heavy rain and frequent lightning. The weather scenario is expected to be repeated Tuesday night into Wednesday. If thunderstorms move over the same area repeatedly, flash flooding could result. Mornings are also expected to be foggy so use caution on roadways.
