Arrest Warrants Issued for Individuals Involved with Miracle Meadows School

On August 22, 2014, pursuant to an ongoing investigation into Miracle Meadows School located in Harrison County, West Virginia, the following arrest warrants and criminal complaints were served:
 
1. Case No. 14M-2146 was served on Susan Gayle Clark of Pennsboro, West Virginia for the misdemeanor charge of Failure to Report.  This charge carries a penalty of confinement in jail for not more than thirty (30) days or a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or both.  
 
2. Case No. 14M-2147 was served on Susan Gayle Clark of Pennsboro, West Virginia for the misdemeanor charge of Failure to Report.  This charge carries with it the same penalty as the charge immediate referenced above. 
 
3. Case No. 14M-2148 was served on Susan Gayle Clark of Pennsboro, West Virginia for the misdemeanor charge of Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer in the conduct of an investigation of a felony offense, knowingly and willfully making a materially false statement.  This charge carries a penalty of confinement in jail for five (5) days or a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), or both fined and confined.  
 
4. Case No. 14F-793 was served on Susan Gayle Clark of Pennsboro, West Virginia for the charge of Child Neglect Resulting in Injury.  This offense is a felony and carries with it a penalty of a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or confined in prison for not less than one (1) nor more three (3) years or, in the discretion of the Court, confinement in the County jail for not more than one (1) year, or both fine and confinement or imprisonment.  
 
5. Case No. 14F-794 was served on Susan Gayle Clark of Pennsboro, West Virginia for the charge of Child Neglect Causing Bodily Injury.  This charge carries with it the same penalty as the charge immediate referenced above and is a felony offense. 
 
6. Case No. 14F-790 Timothy Aaron Arrington of Salem, West Virginia, for the charge of Child Abuse Creating Risk of Bodily Injury.  This is a felony offense and carries with it a penalty of a fine of not more than three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) and confinement in prison for not less than one (1) nor more than five (5) years. 
 
7. Case No. 14F-791 Timothy Aaron Arrington of Salem, West Virginia, for the charge of Child Abuse Creating Risk of Bodily Injury.  This is a felony offense and carries with it the same penalty as the charge immediate referenced above. 
 
8. Case No. 14F-792 Timothy Aaron Arrington of Salem, West Virginia, for the charge of Child Abuse Creating Risk of Bodily Injury.  This is a felony offense and carries with it the same penalty as the charge immediate referenced above. 
 
This investigation is ongoing and will continue as conducted by the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department.  If any citizen has any information regarding this matter, contact the Harrison County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office or the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department.
