Locker clean out and school item return for Bridgeport High School juniors, sophomores and freshmen will be held at BHS Monday, June 1. Students are asked to park behind the school or in the new parking lot. Keep one space between cars. Do not leave your car until it is your time to enter the building. Maintain 8 feet of space between you and others.

 

Students will enter via the snack machine hallway and will be greeted by Officer Jamie Hamrick. Hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry. Students are to go directly to the cafeteria and drop off textbooks, calculators, library books etc. Tables will be labeled with teacher names; iPads and chargers will be returned in the cafeteria as well. Principal Matt DeMotto will assist. DO NOT RETURN IPAD AND CHARGER UNLESS YOU WILL ARE MOVING TO ANTOTHER SCHOOL next year.

 

Any student with a special need can be assisted by a parent/guardian or BHS administration, if such assistance is needed.

 

Immediately after books/iPads are returned, students are to proceed down the office hallway and go directly to lockers, taking all of your belongings. Leave your locker door OPEN after you leave.

 

Students will then exit the building via the distance learning lab hallway behind the gym and sanitize with hand sanitizer before leaving the building.

 

School personnel will be monitoring halls to assist and to insure social distancing.

 

Students will be scheduled to enter the building based upon their FIRST name. You MUST be on time. School personnel will monitor the number of students permitted in the building at one time. Social distancing must be observed and if you have a mask, please wear it. Students will have 10 minutes to get through the process.
