BHS Students Among 50-Plus Honored for Academics by the Harrison County Student Achievement Board

Dozens of Harrison County students were reocgnized with scholarships Sunday at Liberty High School as the Harrison County Board of Education held the annual Student Achievement Ceremony honoring more than 50 youngsters for academic success
Among the students honored were 19 from Bridgeport High School. The students receiving scholarships that started at $500 included Noelle Anderson, Jacob Barrick, Kennedy Bealko, Elaina Beckwith, Presley Carlyle, Alana Chen, Caroline Deniker, Samuel Dodson, Jordan Groves, Robey Holler, Sean Huffman, Hannah Jeffers, Brooklyn Randolph, Tyler Randolph, Blake Robinson, Garrett Smith, Ella Sorine, Aidan Sparks, and Gretchen Ude.
Also on hand was Birdgeport's Robert Greer. Greer is the Chairman of the Harrison County Student Achievement Board. He was joined by Superintendent Dora Stutler, Master of Ceremonies Michael Moore, and keynote speaker Curtis Fleming.
