The West Virginia Division of Highways advises motorists that there will be a bridge closure on the Joyce Street Bridge over Route 50 on Fri, Aug. 22, starting at 7 p.m. through Mon, Aug. 25, at 6 a.m. Alternate routes will be County Route 20 South & County Route 20/75.

 

The purpose of the bridge closure is for replacement of the expansion dams on the Joyce Street Exit. Both the eastbound and westbound on and off ramps will be open coming off US Route 50 at the Joyce Street Exit. Traffic signals at this location will be on “flash.” Please use posted detour and expect delays. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow additional time for their commute.
