Bridgeport Middle School's Sierra Noonan Tops 613 Students Statewide to Win Valentines to WV Contest

First Lady Cathy Justice is happy to announce the winners of her Valentines to WV Contest. The First Lady received 613 entries and was excited and impressed with the young artistic talent in West Virginia.
“Our Artist Series has gained momentum and I’m thrilled that our school children have embraced it. We will be announcing our next project very soon.”
