Bridgeport Offering Online Utility Bill Pay Services

The City of Bridgeport’s online bill pay is now active! Residents can pay their utility bill and fire fees (included on your utility bill) online at this time. We will accept any major credit card for a method of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
 
In order to utilize this online payment service, all you need is your account number and the last paid bill amount. By selecting the quick pay option, you will not be asked to create a login; however you may find it beneficial to take the time to set up your account with a login and password. This will give you access to your transaction history, consumption history, address and account info, and view a copy of your most recent bill. You may pay multiple accounts in one transaction and you can save your credit card info for future payments. As soon as you make an online payment, it will reflect a pending transaction on your account, once the transaction is complete, typically the following day it will reflect as paid. Late fees will not be assessed as long as you make your payment on the due date before midnight. There is a convenience fee for online payments of $3.25 per transaction.

-          Report Water Pressure Issues

-          Report Sewer issues
-          Snow Removal Request
-          Trees or Limbs in Road Removal
 
 
If you would prefer to set up a reoccurring monthly draft (ACH) from your bank account, which cannot be set up through the online service, this can be accomplished by contacting our billing office by phone at 304-842-8200 or by email at finance@bridgeportwv.com
