Bridgeport Police Department to Conduct Sobriety Checkpoints this Weekend; Times, Locations Here

The Bridgeport Police Department will be conducting Sobriety Checkpoints on Saturday, August 29, 2015 from 8 p.m. to midnight (12 a.m.). These Checkpoints will be held at one or both of the following locations at the above stated time and date.
The Checkpoints may be conducted on either or both U,S, Route 50 (Main Street) and/or Johnson Avenue, within the city limits of Bridgeport.
The following are alternate routes that maybe taken to avoid the sobriety checks; Sobriety Checkpoint U.S. Route 50 (Lodgeville Road and State Route 58) and Sobriety Checkpoint Johnson Avenue. (Interstate 79 North and South bound).
