By Connect-Bridgeport Staff on June 18, 2018 via Connect-Bridgeport.com

Brooks Koepka, son of Bridgeport High School alum Bob Koepka, has won the 2018 U.S. Open for the second straight year. Koepka is the first to successfully defend his U.S. Open title since Curtis Strange did the same in 1989.

Brooks and Bob are featured in this ESPN article during which the younger Koepka explains the challenges of winning the tournament back-to-back – both landing right on Father’s Day.

Check back this weekend for an interview with Bob Koepka, watching his son make history on Father's Day.
