City Police Report Bear Spotted in Shearwood Forest and Parkview Drive; Residents Warned to Stay Away

As is often the case around this time of year, bears are being seen in the City of Bridgeport. And today, the Bridgeport Police Department is alerting the community to the latest.
According to the police department's Facebook page, the bear shown in the video is in Shearwood Forest.
Police are reminding residents to not feed the wildlife or interact with the bears. The Bridgeport Police have notified the DNR.
The same Facebook page is reporting that there is also a bear that has been spotted in the Parkview Drive area of the city. As above, the DNR has been contacted and the city hopes that agency can relocate the wild animal.
