On Thursday, the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department, Street Crimes and Drug Unit (SCAD), arrested Ruben “Kilo” Aguilar on numerous felony charges related to the distribution of crack cocaine and served a search warrant on his residence located on Baker Avenue in the Stealey section of Clarksburg.

Aguilar’s arrest was the result of an undercover investigation in which Mr. Aguilar was distributing crack cocaine from his residence in Stealey.  As a result of the undercover controlled buys made from Aguilar, a search warrant was executed on his residence at the time of his arrest Thursday afternoon.  A small quantity on crack cocaine was located and some of the “marked” monies used during the controlled purchases.

“Kilo” Aguilar is a 28-year-old male who resides in Stealey. Aguilar was charged with three counts of delivery of crack cocaine and one count of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, all felonies.
After his arrest Aguilar was transported to the North Central Regional Jail where he is being held on a $40,000 bond.

“The Sheriff’s Department’s SCAD unit is working hard to stop the reemerging crack cocaine problem before it can get a foothold in our communities,” said Harrison County Sheriff’s Department Chief Deputy Jeff McAtee. “This investigation was started and concluded in less than a month”
