Clarksburg Man Enters Not Guilty Plea on Sexual Assault, Abuse and Incest Charges on 3-Year-Old

According to this report from WBOY, a Clarksburg man pleaded not guilty today to a three-count, grand jury indictment, accusing him of sexual assault, abuse, and incest.
