Clarksburg Man Sentenced to Prison on Charges of First Degree Sexual Abuse of Two 17-Year-Olds

According to this report from WBOY, a Clarksburg man was sentenced Thursday morning for sexually abusing two 17-year-old girls in 2016.
Isaiah Hilliard, 21, pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree sexual abuse in Judge Thomas Bedell's court in Harrison County.
Hilliard pleaded to two lesser charges of first-degree sexual abuse instead of facing four counts of second-degree sexual assault.
